What Can I Do To Stop Being So Hard On Myself?

Article Theme: questions to the coach

An article by Keith Rosen about questions to the coach

"Do you have any tips for someone with a task-based personality (like me!) to stop stressing out about selling?

Remember, this is my first sales job, and there are times when it's just so overwhelming to me. I don't know how to make my myself make selling my focus, when I truly enjoy doing tasks ... accomplishing things ... crossing things off my to-do list.

Tip from the Coach: If you're so focused on tasks then make the ACTION (of picking up the phone and making cold calls) your REWARD, not just the END RESULT......

Selling is a PROCESS. I believe somewhere in my article section is an article called "Warning Goals can be Hazardous to your Success." It's about becoming process driven. Also, a routine will help keep you true to a process that you can trust and still allow you to celebrate your actions each day.

Take your life and career to the next level.
